Shoreline Health Hub

We are incredibly grateful to have the Shoreline Health Hub located right here on our school campus. Having access to healthcare services in a familiar and convenient location is a wonderful resource for many of our students and families, and we are fortunate to have this valuable community partnership.

The Health Hub is operated by Island Health and is not affiliated with Shoreline Middle School. While the clinic is located across from our main office, all appointments, referrals, and inquiries are managed directly by the Health Hub team.

The Health Hub is available by referral only. Appointments are required, and the clinic is not able to accept drop-in visits.

Please note:

• Parents or guardians are required to attend appointments with their child.
• The Health Hub does not provide immunizations.
