There is now a health care clinic for children located inside Shoreline Middle School. If your child needs a medical appointment, please come see us. We are open Monday 900am to 1230pm and Wednesday 12pm to 3pm (closed 4th Wednesday of the month) . You can call ahead to make an appointment or drop in. Students from Craigflower and Shoreline can use the clinic and so can their siblings, no matter their age (babies too)!.
Who: Students that go to Craigflower Elementary, Shoreline Middle and their brothers and sisters.
What: A health clinic available for students, staffed by Nurse Practitioners 2 days per week.
When: Open Monday 900am-1230pm and Wednesday 12pm-3pm (closed 4th Wednesday of each month).
Where: Inside Shoreline Middle School, across from main office.
Why: This clinic is located at the school to make it easier for children to access medical care when they need it.
Parents must come to appointments with their children.
