The Health Hub is located in Shoreline Middle School across from the main office, but the HUB is not affiliated with Shoreline Middle School. The Health Hub is affiliated with VIHA. Please be sure to contact the Health Hub directly and not Shoreline for any questions you may have. The Health Hub can be reached at 250-216-6417 or you can fax us at 250-590-9927. Also please be advised the Hub does not do Immunizations.
Parents must come to appointments with their children.
